Biogrund’s film coating products are one-step systems for pharmaceutical and food applications. They are ready-to-use powder-based mixtures, easily soluble in water or organic solvents. They are intended for use with conventional or modern coating equipment. The raw materials used are selected to meet the regulatory requirements in the recipient’s country for pharmaceutical products or food supplements.

Film coatings – the wide range of polymers used for Biogrund film coatings can provide an optimal solution for the coating of tablets, capsules, granules or pellets.
Encapsulation – encapsulation products improve and accelerate encapsulation of tablet cores. Ready-to-use mixes can be conventional, sugar-based and sugar-free, Isomalt-based.
Coloring – non-agglomerated and homogeneous powdery mixtures or liquid dispersions guarantee reproducibility of the results of their application.
Tableting – the production of hard tablets with low friability is a challenge for every manufacturer. The used binders, delayed release systems and pigment mixtures guarantee excellent results.
Excipients – fine, homogenized mixtures of selected cellulose ethers help achieve desired results (viscosity, delayed or controlled release, etc.).
